Product Variability:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Exchanges & Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase is made. This policy ensures the quality and safety of our products, as they are personal care items and cannot be restocked or resold.

Damages:
We recognize that products can be damaged during shipment. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period are ineligible for refund or replacement. To expedite the process, email our customer service with photos of the damaged items for an immediate replacement.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days and typically arrive 1-5 business days after shipping. A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, we are not responsible. However, we may offer store credit or replace the items with a new shipping fee.
Please Note:
- Once items are checked in with USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package.
- If an incorrect address is provided, you will need to purchase a new shipping label.
Unclaimed Orders: We hold items for 14 days. If unclaimed after this period, items may be retained due to product expiration or cataloging needs.
