Exchanges & Returns- We understand that sometimes we don't get what we expected when we order items online. If for any reason an item doesn't meet your expectations please contact us. Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to issue refunds. In certain circumstances we will offer PARTIAL store credit for the item.
Damages- We understand that during the shipment process, products can be mishandled. PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERED DATE. Anything after this period of time is ineligible for a refund/replacement. In any instance as such, we ask of you to please contact our customer service via email and provide pictures of the damaged products so we can replace it immediately.
Shipping- All orders get shipped out 2-4 business days from ordering and arrive between 1-5 business days after being shipped out. As soon as an order is shipped out, a tracking number will be emailed with 24 hours. If for any reason you haven't received your order but the tracking number shows a delivered status we are not responsible. In certain circumstances we will offer store credit or replace the items with a new shipping fee that you are charged for.
- Once items are packed and checked in at USPS or UPS, the package is out of our control and responsibility is shifted within their services.
Unclaimed Orders- It is our standard practice to hold items for a period of 60 days. After the 60-day period has elapsed without any successful owner identification or contact, the unclaimed items are subject to be retained due to product expiration or catalog archives.
