Directions:

Place shower steamer on shower floor (not directly under stream, but an area where it will still get wet) Shower normally and as water lands on the steamer, it will slowly dissolve and release the essential oil in the air. This creates a relaxing shower enhanced with aromatherapy and will leave you refreshed.

I ordered these steamers because I was sick of my constant sinus issues. I forgot about it, but the order got delivered 3 days before my septoplasty. I opened the box and WHOA it punched me in the face, but in a good way. The steamer helped clear me up in the days before my surgery. And while healing I’d run the shower just to help with all the added congestion. Honestly love how well they did their steaming job. Now that I’m healed my husband can go test out the stress relief ones I bought for him!
